Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Makerspace Innovhub OPC (“MIH”, “the group”, “we”), a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines with its registered office at 001 Zinnia St., Nilombot, Mapandan, Pangasinan, Region 1.

Use of this website

You may read this site, and contact us through it, for any lawful purpose. You may not try to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, interfere with how it runs, collect from it at a scale that degrades it for other people, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive material. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

The group and its companies

MIH is a holding company. The businesses described on this site — Makerspace Innovhub, Verxa AI, and Fractnl — are separate companies operating under the group, and the incubator is a programme the group runs. What this site says about them is a summary offered for convenience. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment, and it does not create a contract between you and MIH or between you and any company in the portfolio.

Intellectual property

The design, text, images, logos, and code of this website belong to MIH or are used with permission, and are protected by Philippine and international copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print, and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish its content commercially, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.

Each company’s own terms

Where a company in the portfolio supplies you with services, that engagement is governed by that company’s own terms and by whatever contract you sign with it, not by these terms. Where the two differ, that company’s terms govern the service it supplies. Nothing on this site varies a contract you already hold with any company in the group.

Third-party links

This site links to the websites of the companies in the portfolio, and may link to others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement. When you leave this site, read the terms and the privacy policy of wherever you arrive.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current. To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, MIH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The proper courts of Pangasinan have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the group changes. The version published on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth checking that date when you come back.
