Tier 01
Pre-incubation
You have a problem worth solving and no product yet. You leave the tier with something running.
Tier 02
Incubation
The prototype becomes a product with users, and the team becomes a registered business.

Acceleration
The business has customers and needs operations, governance and a pipeline that holds without us.
